Hi Everyone,

My monitor is set to its native resolution: 1920 x 1080.
I've changed the nglide settings as below.

Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080
Aspect Ratio: Preserve Original **I set this as I didn't want stretching**
Refresh Rate: By app (Default)
V Sync: Off
Gamma Correction: 1.0 (Default)

Game looks much better but I do get the spinning problem that's fixed for me by Alt-Tab'ing. (I've just started playing and only gone to the Letzer ring so far).

Has anyone added Nvidia Program Specific settings for 'space.exe' that's found in the game folder and have you noticed a difference? Interestingly enough space.exe was already listed in Nvidia program settings as the game spacebase DF9. I'm not 100% certain what settings to change, I tried the following settings but didn't notice a huge difference.

Anisotropic filtering: 16x
Antialiasing FXAA: On
Antialiasing Mode: Override any application setting
Antialiasing Setting: 32x CSAA
Antialiasing Transparency: 8x (supersample)
Multi-display/mixed GPU acceleration: Single display performance mode
Texture filtering Ansiotropic sample optimisation: Off
Texture filtering Negative load bias: Clamp
Texture filtering Quality: High Quality
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimisation: off
Vsync: Use the 3D app setting.

Does anyone have any recommendations or is it best to leave the settings alone?

Thanks.

NVIDIA settings will likely have no effect. Also, I'd recommend overriding nGlide with dgVoodoo; it has more settings.

Sorry, no solution for the spinning. Seems to be a problem in the hard-coded gamepad deadzones. Probably needs a codepatch.

Uhm, I'm not very knowledgeable about gamepads with these games but have you tried disabling the rudder in the game options?
