Hey Guys!
I'm in my first playthrough in SS2 and now i am on the Rickenbracker. I have not played SS1, but i kinda remember that i read somewhere, that the first game (SS1) has taken place on the Rickenbracker. Is this true?
And another question: When i am finished with SS2 (which is just frickin awesome), what about SS1? Is it abandonware? And is it worth the playtrhough?

PS: I hate it, that there is no map on the Rickenbracker. My orientation is really worse, gonna get a pencil and paper and play on :)

no, SS1 is taking place on Citadel station. and yeah, you should play the game (available as System Shock portable), there is a good chance you will enjoy it if you like the sequel. do note that this is a very oldschool game - the gameplay mechanics and outdated looks (DOS game, remember?) might not be very appealing to an average gamer.

For the love of god, it's "Rickenbacker".
