Hi!

When I stand still in game the camera moves every 5 seconds one frame. Is this normal?

Moves one frame? What does that even mean?

Probably 1 pixel?

I just tried on my PC, and it does seem that after releasing "W" key and coming to a stop, after 4-5 seconds, I move forward 1 pixel or so, then stop completely.

Hey there !
This is because the Physics engine calculates the momentum you had when you stop moving, just as in real life if you sprint then stop you will always have some residual movement, this increases even further if you have equipped the skate shoes :)

That makes sense. Would skate shoes account for the continuous 1 pixel/5 sec movement that the OP describes? Or any other conditions that would cause it?

It does and the effect is augmented by the slopes! this fine details are the ones lacking from this generation of games :(
