I've completed the game when it came out, but I thought I'd take it for a spin and get the last two achievements (
"TV Dinner" / "I'll See You Again, Hacker").
Unfortunately, even with @Hustlefan's fix – I've tried both with and w/o – I still cannot get them. (Note: even though several guides suggest killing yourself with a falling display, I made sure to take out a hybrid in case this got patched out. Still no achievement.)
