I've noticed sometimes that after hacking a replicator, I get a highlight box over the first item in the list, which suggests to me that there are more than four items in the replicator at the time. I can't seem to scroll down the list though, the scroll button doesn't work for it, and I can't find the keybindings for doing anything with the replicator list (Clicking on an item just makes me buy that item).

I need help for this because I think I've successfully hacked the vending machine that contains the item recycler, but I can't see the recycler itself on the machine's list D:

I believe each machine only sells 4 items
Yes, replicators have only four items; when you hack it the unlocked item replaces an existing item.

As for the recycler, are you sure the machine you hacked is one of the ones that has it?

As others said, replicators only carry the 4 visible items. The recycler will appear in that list of four (I don't quite recall the position when I hacked it, but it will show up), but if you're willing to wait there's a replicator that sells it without hacking it.

Yeah, I kinda goofed on that one. I found the right replicator shortly after making that post, I was saving an ICE pick specifically for the recycler (Speed hypos really are only useful for nanites)

Thanks for the help folks!

I find speed hypos quite useful for convenience when you inevitably get told to go over to the other side of the ship to complete some minor chore beofre coming back, like the fluidics tunnels to get to the engine core. They're also good to get the most out of hacked security computers, so I can destroy or hack as many turrets as possible before they come back online.

Heh, actually I meant when you've just finished the Command Deck, and get sent allll the way back to the engine core to enter a code and press a button. I found going through the fluidics tunnels annoying just to do that, so I used a hypo and sped through it.
