System Sock Enhanced question: Can I bind my right mouse button to walk forward and the left mouse button to shoot? If so what would be the controls.cfg settings? Thanks.

You can reverse the Mouse buttons by hitting ESC->Input->Mousehand->Left, which will give you what you want, just not entirely. I don't believe you can rebind the mouse buttons in any other way.

Negative. Mouse button rebiding was never added unless there's been significant upgrades since the last Mouselook patch was released (doubtful).

the EE version of SHLINK indeed has been upgraded quite significantly. as I've said, explore the cfg.

Not in that way. There's no mouse binding, unless it's undocumented. I'd love to be wrong, but I'm 99.9% sure I'm not. You can assign any command to a key, but there's no mouse assignment. Certainly not demonstrated in the controls.cfg anyways.

The only way currently to alter the buttons is via the Input menu.

Edit : Someone mentions redefining the Mouse buttons via Autohotkey :
