Ok so i saw that the game was free for the next day so i was like.....COOL never played the game but only hear good things about it anyway i clicked to get the game and it said i got it but i can't download it anywhere i want to the store but it said it would cost money.

Download GOG Galaxy, then within Galaxy browse up to the front page of GOG and click "Claim Your Game". It will appear on both Galaxy and in your individual installer list, so install whichever you like more.

Hi, I clicked on "Claim the Game" over the Galaxy 1.1.11 Beta Version on Mac and PC
It does not appear on my Game List, but the Button says Claimed, if I browse it, it says 8,49 Euro
Please help

I am having the same problem as henriklinz and ryan7251. Says I have claimed the game but does not show in my game list but it is available for purchase if I browse the store.

once claimed through Galaxy, Gog sent me a key to my email though that may have been due to m having it already but cant hurt to go check your respective emails

I searched in my email folders, no key for me. i am unlucky, folks.

only other suggestion is to try support if your certain it don't show in your library, no key in email from gog and galaxy shows it as claimed either that or wait in case the system got jammed up with too many ppl trying to claim it all at once

Usually it takes about five minutes between a claim and the game's appearance in the library.

I claimed my copy two days ago. There was no download button anywhere. The price of the game was not 0 and i could not find the game when searching for free or discounted games. Since it mentioned stress test I assumed the point was to download the game shortly after the timer ran out so a lot of people would download the game at once. But now I don't even see the game on the front page anymore! No key in email. No new game in my library. Nothing.

Still no game.
