I'm on deck 4 already and every time I press the tilde key to bring up my Psi amp, I left click and right click but nothing happens. I try to buy Psi skills/tier 1 but still nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

After an extensive google search I cannot find any help on this subject.

My Psi stat btw is either 2 or 3.

you go to the psi upgrade unit, and buy tiers and disciplines.

have you selected a psi power to use? i haven't played the game for a while but you have to select a power before you can use the psi amp. the Psi levels provide you with stats and the ability to buy higher tier psi powers. go to the psi terminal and buy a power and see if that helps.
