Is there any way to holster the weapons?

yes. open the inventory and drag the weapon from your arm into it (or drop it into the world).

Ah, well, I guess that's as good as it gets then. I was hoping to be able to bind a key (like 'H') but I can do as you suggest. Thanks for the reply!

Heh, that's true. It's just a thing that bugs me in some games, having to run around with a weapon drawn all the time. I don't know why it bothers me so much, but it does.

I've never played SS2 before, so I'm looking forward to this very much. This was just the first thing I noticed when I played the tutorial.
