So I've been getting the coloured screens after I die in co-op as host.

I have tried low low / high quality cursor and still got the screen issue,

This is also followed by a sound bug where sounds are on a loop or no sound then a buzzing witch doesn't stop till you close the game.

I'm running the game on high settings.

Edit: I have turned everything apart from Vivid lighting / glow off & haven't had any problems.
(Didn't work but took a few deaths before it happened)
