Where can I find the avatars that came with this download? I have found and read the manual, but I cant find any avatars.

That's odd, they should be right there with the manual. I already own an original copy of Syndicate, but all other games with avatars have them there for me.

Go to your account page. Hover your mouse over Syndicate's "downloads for this game" -- you should see the game, the manual and the avatars there for you to download.
