I've been looking over the manual and I've gone over the control maps, but I still haven't figured out how to apply the drugs to the entire squad as one instead of just doing it individually. Is it even possible to do?

Group your agents and move the slider with the right mouse button.

If you click both mouse buttons at the same time it will give all selected agents Red Mist drugs at once.
