I've just started this game. Kate is trying to use the elevator key to get out. Every time she uses the key, the program stops responding and the screen goes white. I can't progress beyond this part in the game.
I'm using WIN 7 home premium, 32 bit. I've run the game as administrator and set the compatibility to win 7. Nothing works.
