Hi all,

Had Galaxy download and install the new update push out recently, but when I went to run the game, right away get errors - 'Error initializing output device' (60) from d3d12. Assume this is the sound since I don't hear anything when the intro starts. Then when I go to load a saved game, get a blank screen with errors in the log:

Appreciate getting an update, but seems like it's missing something in the install.

Uninstalled the game, reinstalled using the offline installers. The game started with sound, but sill have the missing DLL that seems to prevent everything but the intro from working. Again tried to load a save and get the blank screen (sound is still playing) and the log shows:

One further update.

Was able to create a new character and start a new game, made it through the ship piece and then once kicked off to swim ashore, got the blank screen again (just a background with people around a fire) and the log shows this every few seconds:

Just got a new update that included all of the 'Galaxy' libraries in the right place. Was trying to copy from other games, but wasn't getting them all. Game starts, able to load previous saves, new game continues fine.

Thank you for your report. We were testing our new CI system for uploading patches to GOG to keep it in sync with Steam. From now on, all builds will appear on GOG within a day or two.
