Hello,
I know GOG do not put in virus. I think I got a false result of installing SWAT 3. I bought SWAT 3 from GOG. I have AVG Ultimate and it said there was a Trojan horse in Account Wizard in SWAT 3. I ignored that because I know GOG do not put in any virus and I probably had a false result.

Have that ever happened to you when you install any GOG products and got a false result?

False positive most likely. The account wizard is no longer used anyway so if you are worried you can delete it.

It looks like the mod.exe and the Account Wizard were both coded with Visual C++ .

I have noticed that I get false positives from some of my old Visual Basic apps that were compiled in a certain way. They would have the exact same problem with false positives.

Upload the file to VirusTotal and they check it against 50+ different antivirus tools:

I uploaded my Account Wizard and I got 4/58 false positives. I see that AVG was one of them.

It's your anti-virus being paranoid, all files are clean.
From the hundreds of files I downloaded from gOg server(s), I never had problems of infected files.

I advice you to install a second program which can scan files, this way you have a second opinion. Something that isn't heavy like your main AV. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a good one.

Enjoy the game op.
