1. I´m now complete the 4. Mission with 85 points on normal difficult, when i click on next mission there is´nt start the 5. There are only 4 Missions in the Main Game?

2. Some things are invisible, for example the resolution: there are only 800x600 visible and the other invisible! The Career Mission list is only the selectet Map visible! Gives for that a solution?

For resulution mine was only showing a few too. You can go to the game folder then either content or content expansion depending on which you are playing then the system folder and look for swat4.ini and edit it with notepad or similar to change the resolution. Mine is fullscreen so for example:

[WinDrv.WindowsClient]
WindowedViewportX=1024
WindowedViewportY=768
FullscreenViewportX=1920
FullscreenViewportY=1080

I changed fullscreen as you can see manually to 1920 x 1080.

I had change manually to 1920x1080 before i read your post and i had this, that some things in the menu invisible!

I found self a solution:

I had reinstall SWAT 4 and change the in game resolution to 1280x1024, now it´s all visible and i can play now more than 4 missions! When i use an hihger resolution than is all invisible!

i can't do that since the file keeps changing itself to "read only", windows is fucking horrible
