I would like to change the selecting my weapon/tool to scrolling my mousewheel up or down. Is this Possible? I find the F keys cumbersome a bit. If not, anyone know any other way to assign 2 keys to scroll through or even cycle through them?

It is possible depending on what sort of computer mouse and software you have:

what you need to do is open the mouse software and configure the Mouse Up/Down action to be a keyboard command. So if you have a Logitech mouse, you would open up SetPoint

to not interfer with other software, you can create a custom profiile that launches when you open the SWAT3 .exe file, and it will reset to normal settings when you close it. that way you will still be able to scroll in web browsers etc.

not all mice have this option though. For those mice you might be able to find third party software online instead...
