When I start a mission in the game and expansion the mouse seems to move SUPER slow and I have to swivel the mouse around fast and if seems to fix itself after 5 seconds of moving the mouse around.

Does anyone else have these issues? or any way to fix it?

does it for me as well, i'm not sure if there is a way to fix it or not, it doesn't really bother me as i'm used to it and it goes away after a couple seconds after starting a mission.
Here's what you need to do:

1.Open up Swat4.ini and search for [D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice]. Under [D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice] add this line or make changes to the existing line (if present): ReduceMouseLag=False

2.Open up User.ini and at the bottom of the file, add the following lines:
[Engine.PlayerInput]
bInvertMouse=False
MouseSmoothingMode=0
MouseSmoothingStrength=0.000000
MouseSensitivity=1.00000
MouseSamplingTime=0.001
MouseAccelThreshold=0.000000
DoubleClickTime=0.200000

Your problem should be fixed now.

Edit: This should work in the expansion as well, just look for Swat4X.ini in the expansion.

Thanks man it works! now I need to find out how to make this work for Unreal Tournament 2003 and 2004 cause they have this exact same issue..

Swat 4 is using unreal engine 2 correct? I thought it was using something else cause this code looks very familiar to unreals and some others I seen like battlefield 1942
