I'm a Windows 7 user running the Last Resort mod to play SWAT 3. While the rest of the game is fine, I've found that while entering dynamic mode, my character very often starts shouting over and over again, which can make it hard to report to TOC or give orders to squad mates. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Shouting? This is odd lol. What is he shouting?

The game has a keypress buffer so if you press a command repeatedly the game will try to execute it each time. For instance if you press the compliance key 20 times you will keep hearing it 20 times.

You mention using the Last Resort mod. Have you tested to see if your game behaves different with the mod turned off?
I've found that pressing it once per second at most prevents this issue, now that I've read what you have said. I am also incapable of running the game without the Last Resort mod, still. Thanks for the help. I will mark your post as the answer.

Okay that is odd too. Can you clarify this? The mod doesn't do anything magical. Are you talking about the skip the intro movies tick box?
Amazing. The game is supposed to be the then future 2015. Obviously the developer predicted the trend where American cops would be repeatedly shouting "stop resisting" while cuffing dead bodies.
