As stated above: I can not download the DLC offline installer. I have no problem downloading the main game offline installer.

Hello, I’m not an expert on how this usually works on GOG, but I tested it myself, and it seems to be working.

I went to the extras and downloaded the game and DLC like this:

Then, I installed them offline, and the game launches with the expansion active in offline mode.

Have you tried that? Are you not seeing some of these installers, or were you expecting something else?
