I'm running the game on a 2019 MBP 16" with the AMD Radeon Pro 5500M and 8GB of VRAM. I am on macOS Monterey (12.6.1)
The game starts but the 3D graphics seem broken. Also the ingame menu select menus only show empty boxes when clicked.
Restarting, lower resolutions etc. didn't change it. Not playable in that state. I remember it ran fine on Catalina several months ago.
Unfortunately the GOG forum is also broken so I can't attach a screenshot or share a link to it :(
