Purchased the space race plus dlc and the new features are not showing up when I install the game. Anyone have any suggestions.

Have you checked, if all the DLC are enabled in Galaxy? If not, please check the attached screenshots. Click on the settings symbol, hover over "Manage installation" and click "Configure". In the popup window click on the "Installation" tab and enable the DLC.

You can also download the DLC-installer from the "Extras" section inside Galaxy and install them manually.
