Is anyone else having aproblem wih 100s of trade rockets landing at the same time?

Just to get things to closure, this was happening when an older save with the Beyond Earth Mystery is loaded. At the last steps of the mission you would get flooded by hundreds of trade rockets pinned to the HUD, but there was a compatibility fix for the old saves (in the Opportunity Update) and it shouldn't be happening any more.
