As the title said. I enjoyed the idea and sound and graphics of the game but i was really struggling with the jumping. Especially trying to jump on top of an enemy was tricky and it was always a gamble if i would land on that exact pixel the game wants you to land so you do not get hurt. It almost ruined the game for me.

Then i was stuck in one of the forest levels because i missed a simple hallway, silly me, and i thought i needed to jump higher with a trampoline but i failed to do so. I went on youtube to check a let's play to figure out the controls to jump higher on the trampoline (no mention in manual) but apparently there is no way. BUT i noticed the game to be a lot more forgiving when i came to jumping on enemies.

I noticed the girl was playing the amiga version but i thought maybe this is what easy setting does. So i set the game on easy and behold the game became fun!!!!! As far as i can tell this jumping is the only difference and to me it changes an almost broken game (granted probably my own suckiness at the game) to a playable, enjoyable and highly addictive game.
I've almost always played on the easy setting, although I'm not exactly sure what it does. There's no real explanation of it anywhere. I think it makes SF jump higher, move a fraction slower and, as you say, is more forgiving when brushing past enemies. But I'm still pretty unsure about all that...
