I'm having persistent framerate and frametime lagspikes during gameplay which is annoying.
I've turned v-sync off because it melted my pc but with the lagspikes it is hard to play.

Things I've already tried:

- Deleted HIGHDPIAWARE in the registry and turned it off in the compatiblity settings for Super Woden GP 2.exe.
- Set a 60 fps limit for the game with RTSS, also tried scanline sync.
- Checked "Turn off full screen optimizations" of the executable.

My specs.

Windows 10 x64
AMD FX-8350 4GHz
16GB RAM
AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB

I'm going to try DXVK to see if that helps.

DXVK seemed to do the trick, also got rid of the screentearing without having to resort to v-sync.

edit:
This game also really doens't like scanline sync, so don't use it.

Many thanks for that tip, I already feared my GPU was bad or something, I had like 1-2 times per lap some lags happening, after adding the DXVK-DLLs, all seemed fine!
