Every time I try to run the game It shows a white screen, then it shows a mesage wich says
SUDEK.exe stopped working. Then the program closes, I don't know what is happening, this already happened to me before with another game, I am not planing to ask for a refund because I could find a way to solve my problem and because I bought the game at discount price, but I realy would like to play the game.

Try setting the compatibility to Windows 98/ME - right-click sudeki.exe, select properties and then go to the compatibility tab.

I tried, I am using Windows 8.1, no compatibility setting worked, it is happening exactly the same that happened to me with BlazBlue.
I don't know if it will help, but go into the Sudeki directory and and run the SudekiLauncher. It has graphics options, so try to set it to your desktop resolution.

I'm running 8.1 as well and it ran mostly fine for me (three CTDs throughout 19 hours or so), but I spend 99% of my time on the desktop with the Pokki menu replacing the Start menu.

If it doesn't work, definitely contact customer support. There seems to be a lot that doesn't work perfectly with Sudeki. I'm beginning to think that the mostly smooth sailing I experienced was unusual, rather than the norm.
I found a post from the Steam forums that might help, but I can't guarantee that it will:

I can't find the last folders mentioned in that post.

That's because it is meant for Steam version, while you have GOG version. I write the short version of this guide for you. ;)

1. Set compatibility on Sudeki.exe to Windows98/WindowsME (as I already told you here)
2. Same with SudekiLauncher.exe
3. Now download this, extract it to wherever you want, then go to folder where you extracted it and run DXSETUP.exe
4. Same with this - http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632

Sorry, it was written for the Steam version of Sudeki. I have my game installed in D:\GOG Games\Sudeki for example.

You can right click on the Sudeki desktop icon, and it should bring up a context menu. Choose "Open file location" and that will take you exactly where Sudeki is installed.

I know, but the last folders mentioned, the ons with the vcredist name are not there.

I am considering trying to use an obsolete machine I have not used for a long time.

Definitely take a look at the links in triock's post. I think what it comes down to is that you need the old DirectX 9 software. Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 don't come with it installed (why, I have no bleeding idea - that's Microsoft for you).

In case you can't find triock's post for whatever reason, download and install these:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14632

Hopefully this will get you sorted out.

Did not work, I wonder if my old computer will run it.

Sorry to get back to you so late. I don't know of anything off the top of my head that will help, but you might want to try contacting customer support and see if they can help you to get Sudeki running.

Barring that, the older PC might be the way to go. Sorry to hear that we couldn't help you out.
