It's possible that your speaker/sound card volume balance needs adjusting.

Assuming Windows O/S, look at the right hand corner of your taskbar and see if there's a speaker icon (there should be). Right click on it and select Sounds from the menu. Once there, click on the Speakers icon, and click the Properties button near the bottom right hand of that screen. From there, go to the Enhancements tab, and check the box labeled "Enable Loudness Equalization". I can't guarantee that this will fix your issue, but I hope it helps.

thanks for your response, that didn't really help any though.
I'm reinstalling it now to see if I can help with other suggestions. Sorry that the equalization didn't help. If I or anyone else on the forum can't help you, it may be a good idea to contact customer support. They might know better than I.

EDIT: Looking at the Launcher settings, there doesn't appear to be much of a way to control the sound, but I'd check it anyway and see what it is set to. Try changing it from high quality to low quality and see if that changes anything. Ultimately, this looks like it might be something you'll have to bring up with customer support. If this were Mass Effect, or a Bethesda game, I could offer all sorts of useful advice, but Sudeki doesn't seem to have .ini files or the like.

Hopefully customer service can help you solve the problem.
