I haven't gotten far into the game yet but I do have Ailish (she's so awesome!) And she has a few skills but the problem is when I hit the appropriate hotkey she does not perform the skill as intended I get a beep as if the game thinks I'm out of combat even though I'm fighting enemies I have to go into the quick menu and manually select the skill in order to use it. How do I fix this. So far Tal's skill hotkeys work fine I haven't gotten Buki and Elco yet but I will have them very soon.

Also how do I know which skill is assigned to which key? Does it correspond with their place on the quick menu skill list? And how do I change the hotkey for a particular skill (I know hotykeys are changed in the launcher but I still need to assign specific skills to a specific key.)
