So, as per the subject, I cannot queue orders with the shift key or assign groups to the number keys with ctrl + 0-9. Mykeyboard is working perfectly fine and I can perform these operations in different games (Blitzkrieg for example). Any advice?

It is possible to do both in Sudden Strike Gold so something must be wrong on your setup
