The game is self explanatory. Learn the key shortcuts and you will be alright ;).

There is one thing that is not described anywhere. If you issue the move order with ctrl held the group will set themselves in a tight formation instead of trying to use their original one. It is good for organizion your forces.

Another thing worth mentioning is that you can go ahead and issue multiple orders using shift key. You can focus on new things while your other units carry out your orders

The game is very good. Much better than Sudden Strike 2. Good luck!
