I'm currently installing it but surprised how long its taking to apply it. It's near 20 mins and at 42 percent.

Vargas78: 42%? I didn't have a percentage indication patching it, but after waiting a long time I got the message that the patch shall be successful. My pc is above the requirements, but the ventilator always wows. Buy a game today and play it with the second pc generation 6 or more years later.

yeah it took a long time to update on my computer too (ryzen 7 w ti-1660 and ssd)

@schickimicky For me it was installing (automatically) via gog galaxy, I think the download tab shows how progress is doing. Needless to say it eventually installed it ok, just took a really long time. Sometimes games need to download the entire game anew, overwriting the previous install. In order to update it. I think the first patches for Cyberpunk were a bit like that. This could be one of those cases, hence the long time.
