When I first launch the game, it plays fine. 60 fps. No bugs. Nothing -- until after I load a saved game several times -- then it starts misbehaving.

I've tried both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions and they each have separate problems at this point. The 32-bit version randomly freezes and gives me stuttery audio, while the 64-bit version has severe frame rate problems. The effects worsen each time I load a save.

I'm playing in Windows 10 and I've tried running both applications in Windows 8 compatibility mode to no effect. Is there some kind of .ini tweak or something that might fix this issue? It seems like a memory leak or something.

EDIT: Okay, I can confirm that loading the game seems to have nothing to do with this. It just happens after running the game for about 10 - 15 minutes - and the 64-bit app has the stuttering audio too.

windows mode, full screen, is your windows 10 monitor refresh set the same as your drivers, did you turn on vsync?

what are your specs? gpu, cpu, ram, and where did you install the game?

Maxed it out vsync off and fullscreen. Played nonstop for 2 evenings and clocked in 27h no fram drops... running the 441.87 nvidia drivers.
