I bought this game completely ignoring the Win 10 requirement. I guess nostalgia made me blind on this one. The game won't launch on Win 7 in current state. I was thinking about a refund but found a quick fix on Steam. Solution was provided by Tharon and it requires to download a DXVK from github. Download the latest build of the archive and extract dxgi.dll and d3d11.dll from x64 folder to your main game folder. This helped me to launch the game.
