it should come with the special edition but it doesnt seem to be in my library

You don't automatically get it in the library. You get it under the SH Crusader II entry under More -> Serial Keys. The idea is that you get a redeemable key instead of the full game because in case you already have it, you can send it to a friend.

Are you doing it through Galaxy? You need to go to your games library via your web browser to find the link.
