Greetings to all!

When creating a custom multiplayer map, I have encountered a strange problem when placing deer or rabbits. For an unknown reason , when the game starts, they spawn dead. I have placed different vegetation, in hopes that they simply require some means of eating, but to no avail. I have tried placing more than one group of deer but still nothing.

Thank you all for your time and assistance,

According to the FAQ written by a Firefly Studios member and posted at Stronghold Heaven, this is working as intended since animals caused issues in multiplayer:
Why do all the animals die in the multiplayer maps?

We found the animals were causing connection problems with multiplayer games and therefore we kill them off as a game starts.
