Is there a way to issue orders or build buildings in stronghold crusader hd while paused?
Seems counter intuitive that they wouldn't have that.

In an RTS, it would be counter-intuitive to have that.

No you can't, that would make you enormous overpowered unless everyone could do that but it would make it a completely different game. More like a city builder than a economic RTS.
