Since some people are having serious issues with the translation of the GOG-version of Stronghold Crusader HD and/or Stronghold Crusader Extreme HD, I have decided to create a German Language Patch. Originally I did this for my own, but maybe it also helps someone else, so I share it here. This patch will turn the following into German: text, subtitles, speech.

You can download the patch here (~ 55 MB): Link deleted, since German is now officially supported by the GOG-version of this game and there is no need for an additional German Language Patch anymore.

This patch is very easy to use, since I have set up a comfortable installer, which also includes error messages (e.g. if the game isn't yet installed on your system). If you like it, please give some feedback. Enjoy!

Da einige Leute Probleme mit der Übersetzung der GOG-Version von Stronghold Crusader HD und/oder Stronghold Crusader Extreme HD haben, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, einen German Language Patch zu erstellen. Der Patch ist sehr einfach zu benutzen, weil ich einen komfortablen Installer erstellt habe, der auch Fehler-Meldungen umfasst (z.B. wenn das Spiel noch gar nicht auf deinem System installiert worden ist). Wenn er dir gefällt, würde ich mich über Feedback freuen. Viel Spaß!

I don't see any language patches on my download page for Stronghold Crusader. The original Stronghold has them, though.

I want to play in German and installed with the German Windows Installer --> but Game is in English :/

Have you choosed the correct language under "Preferred installer version:"?

I did choose Gemran and it's still in Englisch. And as far as I can see I'm not the only one with this Problem :/

/e.: Nevermind got it :S Yous houdl REALLY add a notification on games where ther is an external config programm etc. So many times I just didn't see it!!!
