Is there a setting on this game that causes it to end prematurely?
I was pretty far into the game, when suddenly a message box popped up
and said something about "all sides enter into negotiations. War over."

WTF???????

I wanted to FINISH the game and actually conquer/occupy all the enemy territory? I worked hard to get to this point, why end the game here?
This is Beyond Suck.

There should be something under "VIctory Conditions" that you can change, to disallow "political", "war over, "conquest" -- I don't have the game to hand right now so I can't check.

But you could take the PoV that by bringing peace to the region (the talks) does mean you've won.

I had the same issue as bearcat22, I want to continue the game beyond 1947 - is there a way to do this. I have looked in the editor but it doesn't seem to allow you to change victory conditions etc.

Any help greatly appreciated.
