I got constant lag, like game freezes for a tiny bit of a second every few seconds and this is happening with any video settings or resolutions. Happened only when I move, does not seem to happen when I simply move the mouse or shoot

Me too. I searched online and it seems to be something related to the way the game is coded, not our hardware.
