Why does the ship upgrading not appear to be working as documented in the wiki?
each ship will upgrade to the latest existing design for its hull size that has a name identical to its current design name
I change the design of my gun ships to use newer weapons, save the design over the old one, hit upgrade and they all convert to missile ships. Why? It should be using the newest design at least.
