so i got to the point were i need to start using sectors.
but im having a hard time understanding what effects each focus option has?
can any one help me out?

Sadly the AI is bugged in the current version of the game and does weird and frankly senseless things. This feature is currently useless, and we're waiting on the devs to fix it.
