so i discovered that going into the bios and disabling multicore enhancement corrects the constant stuttering that some of us might be experiencing all of a sudden as soon as u try to speed up the game. it was weird when i noticed my framerate was still constant 165 u might need to make sure threaded optimization is set to auto because its trying to use different threads for different things if u have a thread that reaches 100 just set the max to 99 IFif its around 99 usage alot just disable using that thread and/or consider removing some software. I only noticed this because i was trying t use it and it actually caused stellaris to break. if its on by default which it is for me it will prolly break a few games. but see if it works no harm done if u change it back or even have 2 bios profiles
