This is game breaking for me. I've started several walkthrough and each time the games gets stuck and have to redo everything again. Unfortunately, I can't ask for a reimburse anymore.

Hi, which game are you referring to?
You need to give me more info to work with - what happens, have you followed the debug guide on this forum - what does your debug log say?

I am referring to stasis.
The two times I tried to play the game i got suck because the main character couldn't move or could move anywhere except the pathways needed to perfom the puzzles. if I leave the game and reload I am back at exactly the same place and with the same problem.

In one case it happened just when getting out of the elevator on Lobby 2 before getting to the tram and the second on the clone vats, after the tram accident.

I didn't try the debug guide, where can I find it?

I am running in windows 10 on an intel 4700K +16GB RAM and Nivia GTX980ti
