I have played the entire game. But I don't understand its story fully.

According to the ending, it seems that Te'ah is not a good person, but somewhat like Malan. What is the purpose of Te'ah? Just to send the research data? To where? And, if Te'ah also works on the terrible research, why are she and Dr. Malan against each other?

And, in the ending, is John's wife dead? John changes the destination of that transport ship and then lets that transport ship go. What is the new destination? Is it the earth? Or somewhere else?

In addition, what is the real purpose of SEED? In earlier scenes, it is said that SEED is for harvest of hearts and lungs. In later scenes, however, it is said that SEED is for making super soldiers. And later, it seems that Dr. Malan just wants to be a god and to create his own creatures. So, what is the real purpose of those terrible researches?

Same as Malan. Greed. To company. Fish(ship) started to rot, every villain is for him/herself. Its evacuation capsule. Space drift until someone fetches. You should probably play or see gameplay of Space Pirates and Zombies. Harvest is a decoy, soldiers is real plot.
