Black bars on all explored stars at 80% zoom or closer, black boxes on seleccted stars at all zoom levels.

These bars bleed through all ui overlay windows.

I have the same problem. It appears to be issue with the latest AMD drivers. You can check the Steam forums. The devs are working on this I think.
