We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

1. Check if you have these programs installed on your computer and running in the background, they may interfere with the proper running of the game:
* Fraps
* Marvell Tray
* Fsecure
* WD Backup Engine
* TeamViewer - (it will cause full screen problems)

2. Please, go to your game folder after you crash (but before starting a new game), and take both log.txt and your save game on which you crashed and mail it to customersupport@starpointgemini.com with a short description of a crash.

With your report devs can pinpoint and fix the problem faster.

Thank you!

Hi zzokalj,

Is this email address still valid? I have sent 3 emails describing frustrating crashes that keep occurring during battles that involve enemy capital ships (usually carriers, dreadnoughts). This has happened to me several times during freelance missions, but has now also happened during a side mission. This last side mission, when it happened, was particularly frustrating, because it was a longer mission, and crashed just after I had just killed the last ship (dreadnought I believe), and would have completed the mission :(. I am now a bit worried that this is also going to occur during the main Campaign, as I am well along in it, and the enemy has more capital ships at the battles. If so, this will kill the game for me unfortunately.

At any rate, as I have mentioned, I did send the proper files, and description to Oliver above. Hope there is a solution upcoming soon. I realize that most resources are probably being spent on the new upcoming game, but hope this one is still being supported.

Hey Zoltan999,

yes, we're still supporting SPG2 on all platforms (Steam, GoG and Xbox One). We are using customersupport@starpointgemini.com as the official support mail now, but oliver is still active. I'll check out what happened to those mails. oliver mail get much spam these days so maybe your mails were put into junk by mistake.

I forgot to update the thread with this new mail so that was my mistake. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. :-/
