supernet2ec: Anyone else notice massive lag on win10 pro, enterprise, and home edition?
Im on day 41 and my gaming desktop and laptop run this game like garbage. So badly to the point it causes massive system freezes. Even on non gaming machines. So im wondering, am i the only one?
Anaxtes: No, same performance issues on linux, wine and win 10 here. fast forward is .... without words xD
Yeah i was reading on the steam forums about the nightmare the issues are. Apparently were lucky on gog, far more stable in comparison to the steam build, i dont know why given the only difference is distribution platform.. But i use specific machines and test stuff like what gog does when i buy a game to try different os, etc... i just didn't give the linux build a test. Lol lost my patience.
Yeah i hope they fix it up about to go back to star haven since its far more stable and the priority/issuing of commands works. But this game reminds me of that game so much just takes a different approach, graphically in a way they do not which is what is the charm for me. Hopefully they push out patches that fix the issues. My biggest gripe, being lack of units following commands regardless of their being in a perfect "emotional" state so to say (as drones or as supreme automated beings) whatever they called it ingame.
