I got the scheduling and jobs unlocked so I am able to give them a normal work day (breakfast a 6, 12, and 16) some free time, and 8 hours of sleep... BUT they still wake up at 3am. Whyyy...?

I'd post this on Steam where the devs seem to look the most but they got it locked (bug reports forum).

It sorta works. But i continually rotate out my people through different shifts based on their emotional state to help them cool off/recouperate. Like 1-2days forced vacation with freetime and eating and sleeping. Games buggy as far as getting anything to work so you gotta force terminate the process regardless of os, after a hour or so, else things start locking up, like the AI becomes incapable of doing its basic job like moving from point a to point b, selling, crafting, etc...
