Hello all,
Recently i realized that stardew valley now offers a LAN multiplayer update and I wanted to update my game. However i purchased my game off of gog and did not use the gog galaxy launcher. Recently i downloaded the galaxy launcher in an attempt to update the game but it did not register that i already had a copy of stardew valley on my laptop (pic related). So is it possible to update my game? or somehow download a new game and transfer my save file? id prefer to not lose all of my progress.
Thanks,
Mason

at the very least you should be able to uninstall your current version and reinstall
either with galaxy or with a freshly downladed installer file assuming its updated or a patch file if there is one

and just transfer the saves if necessary (not certain where the saves are stored)
my best guess is either a subfolder where the game is installed or in the documents folder (for windows systems)
