GoG galaxy refuses to update stardew valley to the most recent version, it keeps installing the old version 1.32.3 rather than 1.36 this means I am currently 100% unable to play the game without the many mods that make this game worth playing, I'd like either some help with this or for the GoG staff to fix it cause right now it's not a good look.

I had a similar problem with the game not updating through GOG Galaxy on Mac. Seems that what fixed it for me was to click the 'Manage Installation -> Verify/Repair' option from the menu, this triggered the update to the latest version

Selecting Verify/Repair did not work for me. Anyone over at GOG have a suggestion?

You could also download the latest offline installer and after you install it you can scan the folder with galaxy
